Ang. Beinhinnebetennelse;
Har også hatt det i skinnleggen, og har det fortsatt.. jeg begynte først å kjenne det for godt over 2 måneder siden, og siden den tid har jeg bare måttet holde meg borte fra løping.. Jeg løp stort sett mye på tredemølle før, men tror jeg tok meg litt for hardt ut og hadde for rask progresjon i løpingen. Nå går jeg (rask gange) for det meste i bratte stigninger på tredemølla + mye mer styrketrening – som har kommet godt med! Jeg har nå fått en del behandling hos hos en laserklinikk for leggen, og den har blitt mye bedre. Jeg er også veldig flink til å gjøre øvelser for leggen, tøye og massere!
I tillegg har jeg vært en tur hos løpelabbet og fått testet løpesteget mitt, og fått anbefalt noen Newton(!!!) sko som er “dempet” foran! De på løpelabbet sa at det beste for meg var å legge om løpestilen, altså få en helt ny løpeteknikk – dvs. jeg fokuserer nå på å lande på fremside av foten, istedet for bakside (hælen). Dette fungerer egentlig ganske bra, og jeg vil si at jeg blir bedre og bedre, men er enda ikke heelt bra. Jeg har enda ikke turt å tatt med en skikkelig løpetur, men bare noen små “drag” på tredemølla.. Jeg er også nødt til å trappe ned på tredemølleløpingen, og heller begynne å løpe ute på mykere og mindre “kunstig” underlag. Du vet, tredemølleunderlaget er rene døden for bena ( i det lange løp, vel og merke!)
Men kan du forklare litt nærmere hvordan man bygger seg gradvis opp med løping på forfot? Da jeg først fikk disse skoene begynte jeg med å gå rask gange i oppoverbakke og fokusere på teknikken.
Og noen uker/måned senere… ;
Så begynte jeg etterhvert så smått å løpe og jeg kjente med en gang at det var blitt mye bedre, men senest i dag så skulle jeg prøve meg på en liten løpeøkt på mølla, men kjente da litt “murring” litt lengre nede i leggen i den ene foten. Utrolig kjedelig! jeg som trodde jeg endelig var på bedringens vei. Men tror du/dere denne murringen kom fordi jeg antageligvis har gått for fort frem? Jeg har jo ikke hatt nesten noen løpeøkter, bare noen få korte på mølla en gang i blandt, så det virker litt rart..
