Det skal dog nevnes, at forskningen ikke tyder på at fri-form aminosyrer har noen positive effekter på hverken styrke/muskler eller fettforbrenning, på toppen av et allerede tilstrekkelig proteininntak. Så for de aller fleste, vil nok myseprotein (whey) eller rett og slett vanlig, proteinrik mat som kjøtt, fisk, egg og meieriprodukter – være det beste alternativet.
Skulle varit lite konstigt om alla fria aminosyror vore klassade som läkemedel men nu verkar det ju inte vara så. =)
Fram til 2008 var det slik her i Norge, og da det krever spesialtillatelse er det svært få som selger det her fortsatt.. Har ikke sett noen andre enn Proteinfabrikken.
