Vanligvis har jeg treningsfri på søndager, men siden jeg var litt ‘gåen’ etter fest på fredag ble det fri på lørdag og trening idag i stedet, og kanskje var det en fest som skulle til?
Jeg har nemlig slitt med å klare ny pers på 127,5 kg i frontbøy de siste ukene, rundt 10 ganger har jeg vel forsøkt – og misset på 127,5, men idag satt det endelig og det ble 2 nye perser, først 127,g kg, også 130 kg 🙂
Jeg har satt meg som mål å nå 140 kg i frontbøy mens jeg er i Bali (12/12), så da er jeg godt på vei 🙂
Økten min idag så slik ut:
– Dynamisk oppvarming.
– Rykk: Teknikktrening og opp til 3×40 kg i støttevarianter (styrkerykk fra høy heng).
– Støt: Samme som rykk, men opp til 3×60 kg.
– Frontbøy: Ramp oppover; 3 reps på 60, 80 og 100, så 1 rep på 110 og 120, før jeg misset et forsøk på 127,5 – den var nesten helt oppe, men så ble trykket for stort og jeg svimte nesten av (har dog aldri svimt av før i mitt liv), neste forsøk klarte jeg 127,5, så misset jeg en på 130, så klarte jeg en på 130, også avsluttet jeg med et back-off sett på 115×3.
– Litt dra og pressøvelser med strikk, så litt Benkpress, før jeg avsluttet med diverse skadeforebyggende øvelser, egenmasasje og tøying. Det hele tok vel rundt 2,5 timer tenker jeg..
